** Upgrading/Downgrading: There is no associated cost with upgrading your package midmonth. It must be done prior to the 20th of the month to be applied to the current billing period. Accounts changed after the 20th of the month it will applied to the next billing period.

To downgrade you package there will be a $15.00 charge applied. It must be done prior to the 10th of the month to be applied to the current billing period. Accounts Changed after the 10th of the month will be applied to the next billing period.
